The terms, privacy, and refund policies that govern your use of Carely.
Last updated: 15 June 2026
By creating a Carely account, downloading the Carely application, or subscribing to a Carely plan, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Carely is an AI-assisted companion and monitoring service for elderly care, providing conversational interaction, reminders, weekly summaries to designated contacts, and emergency notifications. Carely is a supportive tool and is not a medical device; it does not provide medical, diagnostic, or emergency-response services.
Carely is offered on a recurring subscription, billed in advance through our payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from the app or web portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Carely is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carely is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

This policy explains what Carely collects, how it is used, and your choices.
Care data (profile, reminders, contacts, notes, and AI-generated summaries) is stored in secured cloud storage and processed through our server-side broker. Credentials and API keys are never stored on the patient device.
To deliver the service, the patient's voice recordings and conversation text are sent to third-party artificial-intelligence providers for speech recognition, conversation, and speech synthesis. These providers act as our processors and handle the data only to perform their function for us.
We rely on the following providers strictly to operate Carely. Each receives only the data needed for its function:
This list may change as the service evolves; we will update this policy when it does.
Reports and emergency alerts are shared only with the contacts you add (family, medical professionals, caregivers). Beyond the sub-processors above, we do not share your data except when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
You can view, edit, export, or delete patient data directly from the app. To request full account deletion, reach us through the Contact page.
